Craneur Ice started on Instagram in 2018 and relaunched in 2026 as a made-to-order store run by Craneur Ice LLC in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We take your order, answer your emails and handle remakes. Each piece is made to your order by our partner workshop in China and shipped to you.

How long does a custom piece take?
Every custom piece is made after you order, and US shipping is free. For the Signature Pendant, our estimate is about 3–4 weeks in total. For other styles, email us at contact@craneurice.com and we'll confirm the timing before you order.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
For the Signature Pendant, order by Tuesday, November 24 and our estimate puts delivery between December 15 and December 21. For other styles, email us before you order and we'll tell you if it can arrive in time.
Can I cancel or return a custom piece?
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that your piece goes into production with your name on it, so it can't be returned or exchanged. If it arrives with a defect, our 30-day remake protection covers it.
What if it arrives damaged or the name is wrong?
Email a photo to contact@craneurice.com within 30 days of delivery. A missing or loose stone, a broken bail or clasp, a plating fault or a name that doesn't match your order is repaired or remade free, with shipping both ways included. One remake per order.
What is it made of?
A brass or copper base (each product page names it) with silver-tone, gold-tone or rose-tone plating, some styles two-tone, set with 5A cubic zirconia, a lab-made stone. It isn't solid gold or sterling silver. Plating lasts longest kept away from water, sweat and perfume.
How many letters can I use?
Name styles take 1–8 letters, A–Z, with no spaces. They have one price for 1–5 letters and another for 6–8, and the price updates as you type. Initial pendants take one letter.
Where are your pieces made?
Each piece is made to your order by our partner workshop in China and shipped to you. Craneur Ice LLC, based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, takes your order, answers your emails and handles remakes.
