Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Craneur Ice ("we", "us") at craneurice.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

Our pieces are fashion jewelry. Unless a product page says otherwise, pendants and chains are made of a brass or copper base (stainless steel for some chains) with a gold-tone or silver-tone plating and set with cubic zirconia (simulated stones). They are not solid gold. We describe materials honestly on every product page; if you have a question, ask before you order.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are produced to your specification and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except under our remake guarantee. Production takes 14 days and shipping a further 5–9 business days. You are responsible for the spelling and letter count you submit.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product page at the time of order. There are no hidden fees; shipping to US addresses is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the alternative methods shown.

Shipping

See our Shipping & delivery policy. Delivery estimates are estimates; carriers occasionally run late, and we will always help you track a parcel.

Returns and remakes

See our Returns, remakes & refunds policy.

Care and safety

Plated fashion jewelry lasts longest when kept away from water, sweat, perfume and cleaning chemicals. Our pieces are not intended for children. California residents: see the Proposition 65 notice on each product page.

Accuracy and errors

We try to keep every listing accurate. If a price or description error affects your order we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
