How a Craneur Ice custom piece is made
- You type the name. Up to 5 letters at one flat price (6–8 letters at the next price). Capital letters only, no spaces. Pick silver, gold or two-tone.
- We check it. Your order confirmation shows the exact letters we will make. If anything looks off, we email you before production starts. You can cancel within 12 hours.
- We make your piece. The brass base is plated and set with cubic zirconia stones. Production takes 14 days.
- Free shipping. 5–9 business days to your door anywhere in the US. Expect the whole process to take about 3–4 weeks.
What it is made of
- Base: brass
- Finish: gold-tone or silver-tone plating (plating specification listed on each product page)
- Stones: 5A cubic zirconia — these are simulated stones
- Back: solid; bail sized for the included rope chain and our 5 mm tennis chain
- Chain included: 18" rope chain
Caring for it
Put it on after cologne and lotion, take it off before showers, workouts and sleep, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
