How long does a custom piece take?
Every custom piece is made after you order, and US shipping is free. For the Signature Pendant, our estimate is about 3–4 weeks in total. For other styles, email us at contact@craneurice.com and we'll confirm the timing before you order.
Can I cancel or return a custom piece?
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that your piece goes into production with your name on it, so it can't be returned or exchanged. If it arrives with a defect, our 30-day remake protection covers it.
What is it made of?
A brass or copper base (each product page names it) with silver-tone, gold-tone or rose-tone plating, some styles two-tone, set with 5A cubic zirconia, a lab-made stone. It isn't solid gold or sterling silver. Plating lasts longest kept away from water, sweat and perfume.
