How long until I get my piece?
Custom pieces take 14 days to make, then 5–9 business days to ship for free anywhere in the US — about 3–4 weeks in total. For delivery by 24 December, order by Tuesday 24 November.
What is it made of?
A brass base with gold-tone or silver-tone plating, set with 5A cubic zirconia stones. Cubic zirconia is a simulated stone, and the pieces are not solid gold. We say this plainly because the category often doesn't.
How does the pricing work?
1–5 letters is $89; 6–8 letters is $119; the 18" rope chain is included either way. Capital letters A–Z only, no spaces. Want two words? Order two pendants, or email us for a quote.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Any plated piece wears with sweat, water, perfume and chemicals. Put it on after cologne, take it off for showers, workouts and sleep, and wipe it with a soft cloth; treated that way the finish lasts a long time. If it arrives with a plating fault, our 30-day remake guarantee covers it.
Can I cancel or return a custom piece?
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. After that it enters production and cannot be cancelled or returned. If it arrives with a missing stone, a broken bail or the wrong name, we remake it free — email a photo within 30 days of delivery.
What chain comes with it? Can I upgrade?
An 18" rope chain is included. You can add our 5 mm tennis chain at checkout; the pendant bail fits both.
Where is it made?
Pieces are produced by our manufacturing partner in China and shipped to the US; the brand is run from Ohio.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
Is it suitable for children?
No. Our jewelry is not intended for children. California residents: see our Proposition 65 notice.
