Shipping policy
Shipping & delivery
Every custom piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse with your name on it, so please read the timeline before you order.
How long it takes
- Production: 14 days. The clock starts the day after you order (or the day after you approve your name preview, if we contact you about it).
- Shipping: 5–9 business days, free, to any US address.
- Total: expect your piece in about 3–4 weeks.
Chains and bracelets ordered on their own are not personalized, but they ship within the same timeline.
Where it ships from
Our pieces are made and shipped by our manufacturing partner's workshop in China.
Tracking and updates
You get an order confirmation email, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when available. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Address changes
Email contact@craneurice.com within 24 hours of ordering to change a shipping address. Once a piece has shipped we cannot redirect it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your piece arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo for damage) within 7 days of delivery. We will remake or refund it.
We currently ship to the United States only.
